The sound healing bath is hosted at Eagle Beach rated #2 in the world, centrally located, public parking or public transportation is available.
Surrounded by sea grape trees, sound of the local birds and the waves makes a perfect location to connect with the nature while you feel and hear the vibration of the instruments.
I can also offer this experience from the comfort of your own villa with a min. of 4 participants or as a private session.
Group session only available Monday at 10 am and Thursday 9:30 am.

What To Expect
Sound healing is a form of healing that uses different vibrations to heal the body, mind, and spirit. It works on two principles: That different emotions vibrate at different levels, and that blocked, or unexpressed emotions, are the main source of dis-ease.
We will sit in a quiet place at Eagle Beach under the sea grape trees, surrounded by birds, watching the ocean and the sound of the waves. We will begin with a guided meditation to connect with your body, soul, and mind in the present moment. We will continue to stretch our bodies, then we will proceed into a relaxed position to enjoy and connect our sound sense to feel the vibration of every instrument close to your ears.
You don't need any experience. Be open-minded and open your heart to receive the benefit of these vibrations. Some of the benefits of the sound bath are:
Feeling calmer/less stressed.
Muscles that feel looser.
A greater sense of relaxation.
Pain relief.
The ability to sleep better.
Improved mood.
Better body awareness/being more in tune with your body.
Yoga mats are included. Max. 12 participants. Ages from 12 and up are Welcome.
