Salt Cave Halotherapy is often referred to as "Halotherapy", which is derived from a Greek word "Halos" meaning salt. This form of natural therapy dates back to more than 200 years, utilizing beneficial properties of salt mines. The Salt Cave is filtered and purified between each session. There is gap of 15 minutes between each session. Each session is valid for two to six person (shared) at same time. Choose from one of nine session times when you book.

Session of Salt Cave Halotherapy is like going into man-made Salt Cave for minerals absorptions as rock salt has about eighty plus minerals. Salt Cave Halotherapy helps for relaxation and also as a supplementary therapy for underlined medical conditions and general wellbeing. - Each session of Salt Cave Halotherapy is valid for two to six people at same time of session. Can be your own group or mixed group (shared). We also request that you are mindful of others in the therapy room, please maintain self-respect.
- Not suitable for Pregnant Ladies, Having High-Grade Fever, Open Wound or Sepsis, Cough With Blood, Any Form of Tuberculosis.
- If has underlying medical conditions should be on regular meds and vitals should be stable at the time of visit.
- Each visit begins with a free briefing session of from 5 to 15 minutes. Followed with one session of Salt Cave Halotherapy for 45 minutes.
- Ideal clothing for the Salt Cave Halotherapy would be any comfortable clothing.
- Each person visiting please bring two big bath towel, one hand towel and bottle of water for your Salt Cave Halotherapy session.
- For best results, it is recommended not to shower for at least 2 hours after treatment.
