If your Airbnb does not have a commercial name, please send us the Google Maps location or the full address.Meeting time: Please be ready in the hotel lobby or at the main entrance at least 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. The guide will be holding a sign with your name or the company logo for easy identification.Out-of-route areas: If your accommodation is located outside the main urban areas (for example, Calderitas or hotels north of the Bacalar lagoon), we will contact you to arrange a central meeting point or inform you if a small additional fee applies due to distance.
