What To Expect
With the turquoise water of the Caribbean Sea as your backdrop, take a sensory expedition guided by the mixologist at the Brighton Beach Deck and Bar. Start with your Welcome cocktail and discover the history and techniques of rum production in our wall exhibit. Next, taste for yourself the diversity of styles and flavour profiles that make Barbados rum famous, as you sample four exceptional rums from the celebrated in-house Rum ranges. These specially selected rums are perfect examples of our mission at West Indies Rum Distillery: to create the world’s finest rum, on the island where rum was born.
