Meeting and Pickup
Pick up is organized from 6 a.m. to 6:30 a.m. Pick up is offered from centrally located Belgrade hotels, apartments, hostels, etc. ( up to 2 km from Republic Square). The guide will wait no longer than 5 minutes after the scheduled pick up time. If your accommodation is located in main pedestrian zone you may be asked to meet the guide at the pick up location located a maximum of 5 minutes walk from your accommodation. Pick up details you will receive the day before departure via email or Whats App not before 5 p.m.

- Warm clothes are essential for visiting Ice Cave. Bring some light jacket or hoodie.
- This experience requires good weather. If it's canceled due to poor weather conditions you will be offered a different date, experience/tour or full refund
- Bring some snacks or sandwiches with you since lunch break won't be made in the local restaurant. There will be a possibility to buy food at the gas stations and all the necessary things.
- Shared Group Tour requires a minimum of 5 people to run. If the minimum number of passengers isn't met you will be offered a choice between choosing another date, tour or experience, canceling the tour for full refund or paying a surcharge for private tour
- Transportation by air-conditioned car (1-3 pax) or minivan (4-6 pax)
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 6 travelers
