This activity will help you find a deeper form of relaxation. The exercises are based on Hatha Yoga, with various elements of other styles incorporated, like Yin Yoga and Flow Yoga.
In order to release tension and find balance, we will vary in duration of different poses.
The lesson is characterized by a gentle approach and therefore widely accessible.
