OPTION 1: ROMANIAN WINE DISCOVERY
Enjoy a guided tasting of 5 carefully selected Romanian wines from different wine regions, accompanied by a gourmet platter of premium meats, local cheeses, and seasonal specialties.
Your host will introduce you to Romania's indigenous grape varieties, winemaking traditions, and the stories behind each wine.
OPTION 2: ROMANIAN WINE & DINE
Enjoy a 5-course culinary journey featuring 8 Romanian wines and a local craft beer, paired with dishes prepared by Via Enescu's chefs.
Discover authentic flavors through homemade bread, duck parfait, roasted corn soup, Mediterranean-style trout, and tender venison goulash. Finish with blue cheese, dried figs, and Romanian dessert wine.
