After a brief introduction, you’ll enter a rare Foco Tonal—a handcrafted stone sound chamber known for its powerful echo and vibration effect. Guests take turns standing in the center to experience the sound vortex, where tones and voice return in layered echoes that feel immersive, grounding, and deeply calming.
The experience continues with a gentle, beginner-friendly breathwork and relaxation session, designed to slow the nervous system and bring the body into a state of ease. An optional, simple intention moment is offered for those who wish to personalize their experience, with no prior meditation experience required.
The session concludes with quiet reflection time and the opportunity for photos or videos before returning.
