Tasting Gourmet
Overview
Gourmet tasting: An unforgettable epicurean experience
Embark on a tasting journey with our Gourmet Tasting formula, combining the richness of Languedoc wines with the delicacy of local products. Sit comfortably on our terrace at the foot of the majestic Cité de Carcassonne and be guided by our expert during a guided tasting of eight wines, carefully selected to reveal all the diversity and complexity of regional grape varieties.
To enhance this experience, a generous plank of charcuterie and artisan cheeses will accompany your tasting, creating perfect pairings between food and wine. With friends or family, share a warm moment, learn to identify the aromas and be surprised by new associations.
Book your tasting and let yourself be transported by the know-how and passion of our winemakers!
Tasting open to people aged 18 and over.
