After cooking the tagliatelle, you’ll combine everything and finish your dish with Parmesan. What To Expect
Fresh pasta and a cold drink at a lively Charlotte brewery? That’s a pretty good way to spend an afternoon. You’ll join Chef Autumn for a hands-on pasta-making session, starting with flour, eggs and water to create a smooth dough.
