- For your own safety, explorers on this activity must be able to safely navigate backward through a 12-step ladder (handrails available).
- For your own safety, the minimum required height is 3ft .
- Children are considered from 4 years to 16 years. No infants allowed ( babies to 3 years old)
- All participants must pay a ticket and all the children must be always with an adult.
- Pregnant, without previous complications, can carry out the activity up to the 6th month of pregnancy.
- Swimwear and barefoot access are not permitted aboard the submarine. Proper clothing and footwear are required.
- Additionally, a 13 USD Marine Park fee must be paid by person.
- Only 1 personal item like a purse or small handbag is allowed, and it must fit in your lap. Dimensions should not exceed 18 x 14 x 8 inches
- Check in must be 40 minutes before the tour time (local time )
- Additional services have an extra cost (photos or souvenirs).
- Beach Club access is optional and subject to availability. Operating Hours: Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
