Located on a beautiful farm in the scenic Psiloreiths mount of Crete, our classes teach you how to make cheese from sheep's milk and prepare a delectable Cretan meal using fresh, organic vegetables sourced directly from our garden or the nearby farms of our neighbors in the area. During our classes, you'll enjoy guided tours of the farm, engaging discussions about the nutritional value of Cretan products, and tastings of local wine and raki.
