We'll treat you and your friends to a moderate snow hike in a tranquil setting that features a colorful history of pioneers, entrepreneurs, artists and a well preserved ghost mine! If it's winter, we'll bundle up Colorado-style and do it on snowshoes.
The trailhead is less than an hour from Denver and only 30 minutes from Boulder. Estimated trail time is 3-4 hours.

Meeting and Pickup
We can pick up from most Denver locations (downtown) and all Boulder locations. We're also happy to pick you up at public transportation stops if you prefer.

Our professional guides will fill you with more than a spectacular day of snow-hiking, we'll fill you with Colorado's rich history, folklore and more. We may even get lucky and see some wildlife. We'll bring all the gear. Join us today and discover the Rocky Mountain Way.
This snowshoe hike is a good beginner level and accessible for most people of reasonable fitness levels. We will reach a top elevation of 8,764 feet so oxygen will remain plentiful in this natural mountain environment. We will travel a total of 4.7 miles with a net up & down elevation gain of 365 feet. The average grade is only 3% with intermittent sections of steeper terrain.
We keep these groups very small for a closer connection to nature.
