Snowshoeing in Rocky Mountains
Overview
Snow shoeing is fun and we know some of the best areas to go. Since the trail is covered in snow and there aren't any markings, its good to have a guide who knows where to go and how not to get lost.

What To Expect
Our hike varies with the season and conditions. Popular options include the easy hike to St. Mary's Glacier, Lost Lake, or Caribou Ranch, a historic ranch with buildings over 100 years old. If there's snow, we may choose the Castle hike near Red Rocks or a bison reserve. Most mountain hikes are 2 to 4.5 miles, depending on groups preference.
Depending on conditions, we'll use snowshoes or microspikes, both provided at no extra cost. Hiking poles, googles and gaiters are also available.
We'll enjoy a sandwich, snacks, and chips along the trail before heading back to the van.
With so many beautiful trails in Colorado, I love sharing some of my favorite spots. Having a guide means you can relax, explore, and enjoy the adventure without worrying about finding your way.
