Yoga classes are an advanced Hatha Yoga practice, according to the Yogini Durga broadcast. This teaching follows the precepts of the greatest teachers: Sri Ramana Maharshi, Swami Satyananda Saraswati, Swami Vidyanand, Patrick Torre and Shannon Gannon.
Sergio, Professor of International Yoga, accompanies you towards your inner well-being through movement and conscious breathing. Sergio has been sharing the ancient science of Yoga for a decade in countries such as Spain, Italy, France and England. He teaches courses in Spanish, English, French, Italian and Catalan.
Experience a unique experience in an idyllic setting, immersed in the forest, near a glacier river, or on a lake overlooking the snowy mountains. An unrepeatable experience.

What To Expect
Durga Yoga Course Exclusive. Ancient Yoga practice from a lineage of Kundalini Yoga, Tantra Yoga and Sound Yoga.
It can be done outdoors or at home.
The practice sites are the Belvedere 1650 Courchevel, Lac de Tueda/Meribel, and in the Valmorel alpine meadows.
The course includes material for Yoga practice, km0 snack and Ayurvedic infusion.
The duration is 1h30 : 1 hour of practice + 30 minutes of walking.
