    Porto Moniz Natural Swimming Pools

    Porto Moniz is an amazingly cosmopolitan village for being located in the northern end of Madeira. You will find some amazing natural pools which have been enlarged to have an area of warm baths of marine water. The city of Porto Moniz also has interesting places such as the Centro de Ciência Viva Center and the Aquarium of Madeira Aquarium. After you leave behind the city, the road goes up, zigzagging along the great slope of the hill which dominates the village. Here you will find two amazing overlooks that offer some impressive views.

    Miradouro do Veu da Noiva

    Seixal, located between Porto Moniz and São Vicente, is an excellent place to stop if you are traveling through the highway of the Northern coast of Madeira.
