What To Expect
Discover the authentic flavors of Turkey with our family-run Home Cooking School. Our traditional stone arch house, located in a charming village in Cappadocia, has been lovingly restored to create a warm and welcoming environment where you can experience Turkish hospitality and tradition.
We only use natural and organic fruits, vegetables, and spices farmed in our garden, ensuring that every dish is bursting with fresh, delicious flavor. You will learn how to prepare regional home-cooking dishes with your own hands, guided by our experienced and friendly instructors.
During the class, you will be introduced to our organic garden, and you will pick fresh vegetables and herbs to use in your cooking. Afterward, you will prepare and cook your soup, entrée, main meal, and dessert, all while enjoying a cup of traditional Turkish tea.
As you cook, you will learn about our village, its traditions, and its unique way of life. You will be amazed at how much you can accomplish in just three hours, and at the end of the class, you will enjoy a delicious meal of your creation.
