Overview

Discover Izmir’s rich history, local culture, and vibrant city life on this four-to-five-hour guided tour. Travel like a local using public transportation and follow a carefully planned route combining scenic views, historic landmarks, traditional bazaars, and ancient ruins.

Visit the Historical Elevator for sweeping views across Izmir Bay, then continue to Konak Square and the iconic Izmir Clock Tower. Explore the atmospheric Kızlarağası Han, where traditional shops and local craftsmanship reflect the city’s long commercial heritage.

Continue through Kemeraltı Market, one of Izmir’s oldest and liveliest districts. Walk along its narrow streets, discover local businesses and food stalls, and experience the authentic rhythm of daily life before visiting the Agora Open Air Museum, where the remains of ancient Smyrna reveal the city’s Roman past.

Ideal for first-time visitors, this small-group tour offers an engaging and memorable introduction to Izmir’s most distinctive highlights.
