Maligne Valley and Pleckaitis Icewalk
Overview
This guided tour takes you deep into the heart of the Maligne Valley, with scenic stops at breathtaking viewpoints. You will journey through areas of the park recently impacted by wildfires, your guide will share fascinating insights into the ecology of fire, the rebirth of the landscape, and its role in shaping the natural environment.
The highlight of the tour is the opportunity to walk on ice at the bottom of one of Jasper’s deepest accessible canyons, located in an untouched and unimpacted part of the park.
