Meeting and Pickup
Pickup start will be 15 minutes before departure if pickup is from a hotel or other vacation property. At the airport your driver will be holding up a Sagebrush sign at the Arrivals gate.
What To Expect
Travelers arriving at Kelowna International Airport (YLW) will be met at the Arrivals gate. Your private shuttle driver will be holding up a Sagebrush sign.
You are our priority. If your flight is significantly delayed or rescheduled we will send a shuttle as soon as possible. You can depend on us!
Travellers departing from a hotel or other vacation property will be met 15 minutes prior to departure.
Enroute to Big White travellers have the option to shop for groceries/liquor. We are flexible with your shopping location and time.
At the Big White Resort we will take you directly to your accommodations or to Central Reservations to pick up your access code.

- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
- Specialized infant seats are available
- Child-seats available
- Ticketing. An Adult ticket is also used to book a Child. We charge by number of passengers not Age Group.
- Ski equipment. Please tell us number of skis or snowboards you are bringing if applicable.
