This is a truly unique and authentic private experience in Kotor.
You will visit a traditional Montenegrin family home, spend time with our lovely and engaging host, and prepare local dishes that you won't find in nearby restaurants.
It's an experience for all your senses. You will see the beautiful Old Town, hear local and family stories, enjoy cooking together, and share a homemade meal just like you would at a friend's house.
At the end of the day, you will leave with a full stomach, a happy heart, and wonderful memories to take home with you. :)

What To Expect
Explore the Old Town of Kotor and enjoy a private cooking class in a local family home!
As you meet your guide, you will be introduced to the charming world of Boka Bay and Kotor. You will explore the streets and squares of the unique Old Town of Kotor, hear interesting stories about the local maritime lifestyle, its heritage, and everyday life in Montenegro.
And now, it's time for some cooking in a local home, just a few minutes away from the Old Town!
Meet the local family, enjoy a drink with your host, and dive into her stories.
But don't get too comfortable – there's lunch to be made! You will prepare it together with your host, learning along the way.
You will have the chance to prepare a couple of traditional Montenegrin dishes, inspired by both the Adriatic coast and the rural mountain regions. Choose your preferred menu in advance: meat, fish, or vegetarian.
You will learn local recipes that you can later recreate for your family and friends back home.
The combination of delicious local food and your host’s personal stories will make you feel like an honored guest and offer you one of the most authentic experiences of your trip.
