What To Expect
This is the perfect package for those who want to learn the basics and see a bit more than just a single dive. With two dives included, you’ll have time to build confidence and truly enjoy the experience. The second dive is usually the more relaxed one, as most people feel more comfortable with the breathing and equipment by then.
You’ll begin with a clear, easy-to-follow safety briefing. Then, guided by a certified instructor, you’ll enter the water from shore to explore a dive site chosen based on the day’s conditions.
The experience includes two guided dives:
First dive: up to 5 meters deep
Second dive: up to 12 meters deep
Each dive lasts around 40 minutes.
Your instructor will demonstrate a few simple diving skills and stay with you throughout to ensure you feel safe and supported.
For a more personal experience, you can also book a private guide.
Requirements:
• Minimum age: 10 years
• Good general health
• Swimsuit and towel
A relaxed and rewarding way to experience scuba diving for the first time.

Participants in the Try diving in Lanzarote Beginners 2 dives – Costa Teguise cannot fly in an airplane within 24 hours of their dive.
The main concern with scuba diving and flying is decompression sickness (DCS). Your body needs adequate time during an ascent to off-gas excess nitrogen, or you can form bubbles in your bloodstream, possibly leading to DCS.
Jun 2024If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
