- IMPORTANT NOTICE: Do not book additional activities, shows, meals, or attractions after this tour on the same day. Road or weather delays may occur. National Park Express (NPE) is not responsible for missed events, show tickets, flights, dining reservations, or related expenses.
- Destinations are subject to closure due to factors beyond our control; such as bad weather, road construction, etc.
- Due to FORMULA 1 event (Nov 18–22) Hotel pickups are limited to TREASURE ISLAND, PARK MGM, & EXCALIBUR, Virgin and Horseshoe hotel are not available until end of F1. Hotel drop-offs are limited to CIRCUS CIRCUS and EXCALIBUR only.
- Please limit luggage to one (up to the size of a backpack) per guest. If leaving luggage at your hotel, allow ample time to store it and reach the bus pickup location before departure.
- No alcoholic beverages are permitted on the vehicle during the tour. Tour staff reserves the rights to refuse guests who appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or alcohol; these guests will not be eligible for a refund.
- Children under 2 years old, not occupying their own seat and not exceed accompanying adults may participate at no charge.
- Luggage stored in the vehicle's luggage compartment is accepted solely as a courtesy and transported at the guest's own risk. We assume no liability for any loss, theft, damage, or delay involving luggage or personal belongings. Guests should keep all valuables, medications, travel documents, cash, electronics, and other essential items with them at all times.
- This tour operates year-round. If weather, road closures, or other conditions affect the itinerary, alternate routes, stops, or timings may be provided. If a paid attraction cannot be visited, a partial refund for the affected admission will be issued (less any applicable processing fee). If the tour operates with a modified itinerary, refunds apply only to excluded admission costs.
- Alcohol and drugs (including marijuana) are not allowed
