This unique culinary experience offers three great options: beef, chicken, and fish, all carefully selected by our top chefs. The adventure begins with a visit to a local market, where you'll discover a wide variety of Peruvian products. Together, we will purchase the fresh ingredients needed to prepare the authentic Peruvian dishes. Under the guidance of our professional chefs, you will learn essential culinary techniques and the secrets of Peruvian gastronomy in our well-equipped kitchen studio. Best of all, any of the three options can be easily adapted to accommodate vegetarian or vegan diets.
It's also important to note that our company is committed to supporting our nonprofit sister organization, Reciprocity NGO. The profits generated from our tours enable Reciprocity NGO to implement social projects aimed at improving the quality of life for communities living below the poverty line.
