Dumpling Cooking Class
Forget about scouring cookbooks or restaurant menus, and dive straight into the heart of what locals eat in their homes, adding a cultural experience to your cooking lesson. We typically offer classes at 10:30 AM, 2 PM, or 5 PM. Please let us know which slot suits you best once you’ve booked.
Class Details:
• Begin with a welcoming Chinese tea break to set a relaxed tone for the class.
• started everything from scratch, including kneading the dough, rolling out the wrappers, and preparing and seasoning three types of fillings.
• Learn how to properly fold and cook the dumplings in the authentic Chinese way.
