Welcome to my kitchen, where every dish tells a story and every moment is shared like family.
We’ll begin with a taste of Spain — a refreshing sangría made on the spot, just like we do at home. Of course, there will also be some good Spanish wine to enjoy.
Next, we’ll roll up our sleeves and cook a classic Spanish tortilla, and then… it’s time for the star of the show: the traditional paella Valenciana.
As a proud Valencian, I’ll guide you step by step, sharing tips, stories, and all the little secrets my grandmother taught me — so that you too can make a truly authentic paella at home.
We’ll enjoy the food we’ve made together around the table, with great conversation, laughter, and a final cup of good coffee.
More than a class, this is a celebration — of culture, connection, and the joy of cooking together. And if you have time afterward, don’t miss the vibrant San Ildefonso Market just around the corner!

What To Expect
Step into my kitchen and into the heart of Spanish culture. This isn’t just a cooking class — it’s an invitation to my home, to my roots, to the soul of Valencia.
Together, in a warm and intimate group (never more than seven guests), we’ll uncover the secrets behind an authentic paella — the kind I learned to cook as a child, standing beside my grandmother.
But this experience is more than cooking: it’s sharing stories over glasses of sangría and Spanish wine, learning the art behind every ingredient, and laughing like old friends gathered around the table.
We’ll prepare, step by step, the traditional paella that has travelled from Valencia to Madrid in my heart — and now, into yours.
We’ll cook, we’ll toast, we’ll eat, and you’ll leave not only with the recipes, but with the knowledge and confidence to recreate them, anytime, for anyone you love.
So bring your appetite, your curiosity, and just be yourself — I’ll take care of the rest. Bienvenidos.
