Travel to the world-renowned Baetje Farms (arrive at 10am for your tour), tour the farm, learn how their award-winning goat cheeses are crafted, and of course, enjoy a delicious tasting. Trust us, this isn’t your average cheese plate!
Next, head to Charleville Brewery & Winery. Enjoy 4 hand selected samples. Enjoy what you tried?! We have 24 taps where you can purchase addition samples of beer, wine, margaritas and you will have time to purchase some tasty lunch!
Then wrap up the day in historic Ste. Gen, to see one of MO's most charming towns. Enjoy a sweet treat at Sara's Ice Cream (124 Merchant, Ste. Gen). Explore historic landmarks, check out unique local shops, and soak up the small-town French colonial charm. Flavor, history & fun all in one day!

What To Expect
Come enjoy a full day of flavor, history, and countryside charm!
Your tour begins at the world-renowned Baetje Farms, arrive at 10am. Experience a behind-the-scenes creamery tour, learn how our award-winning cheeses are crafted, sample a variety of artisan selections, pet the goats and explore the beautiful farm.
Next, travel through the scenic countryside to Charleville Brewery & Winery. Enjoy 4 hand selected samples included in your ticket. We have a 24 tap wall where you can purchase addition samples of beer, wine, and more at our tasting room! We also offer a wonderful lunch menu for you to enjoy while you sip, unwind, take photos, and soak in the vineyard views.
Then enjoy dessert by traveling into historic Ste Genevieve, where you can stroll charming streets, browse unique local shops, antique malls, and experience the rich culture of Missouri’s oldest town. Your ticket will include a sweet treat ice cream at historic Sara's Ice Cream!
