Siete Moles Tasting
Overview
They wrote an article in the famous FOOD & WINE Magazine about our experience and tasting of Moles. We are not a tasting that gives you a mole and talks about ingredients; here you will learn why each mole is special to us, but you will also learn about the ingredients because you will have them in front of you and in each mole you will have to guess the ingredients to discover what you are eating. In this Mole tasting, it will not only be a test of each one, but you will also have the opportunity to hear the history and rituals in Oaxacan food, each mole will be served in the different ways that locals enjoy it day to day. We will have dynamics where you will get to know the general ingredients of each mole and you will be surprised to discover the flavor fusions. Each mole is a different dish, which will make you very satisfied and happy to have accompanied us.

What To Expect
We were hosts of the FOOD & WINE magazine talking about our Mole experience, and in the same article appear Levadura de Olla, the Michelin-starred restaurant, and us! This is not just a tasting, it is the whole history of mole and rituals. You will have a flavor experience like never before, with ingredients you find in our state that make us characteristic of all of Mexico and the world. In this experience you will try the 7 types of moles made exclusively for your delight and also one extra surprise!
First we will cool down from the heat with a delicious fresh water.
We will continue testing the moles from the mildest or most subtle to the strongest and with more ingredients (should I tell you that between mole and mole we will take a little mezcal so you can appreciate the flavors to the maximum?) hahaha; but don't worry, we will always have water if you don't drink ;D), many are used for special occasions like weddings, baptisms, quinceañeras, proposals, and each one has earned its place in our culture and now culinary rituals that we have in the state, we will eat them in different presentations and you will discover every flavor.
