Become a Chocolate Master! Chocolate Bar Workshop in Paris
Overview
It is very unique to meet a chocolate maker who starts from beans. In this interactive workshop, we will explore the different aspects of cocoa (historical matters, economics, sustainability) and everyone will build 4 personalized bars. As it is a vegan factory, we work on dark chocolate and will make you discover that dark chocolate can be sweet too!
Our company is a kind of B Corp (member of the ESS : Economie Sociale et Solidaire), which makes the workshop a priviledged moment to talk also about social issues in the cocoa industry.
