Praliné Rocher Chocolate making class in Paris (collective)
Overview
Join us at the Edwart Atelier and put yourself in a chocolatier’s shoes. Located just in front of the Tuileries Garden, Discover our production methods, plunge yourself into chocolate making and bring home your creations to impress your friends and family! This workshop is recommended for adults, families, and kids aged 12 and over.
In this workshop we will make hand rolled and dipped pralinés rochers, created completely from scratch. Every participant leaves with a diploma, all recipes, and a signature Edwart gift bag filled with chocolates you have made yourselves!
NB: Classes are added to the schedule based on demand and availability, so thank you for checking your messages to confirm the start time. We do our best to work with all clients and chocolatiers to come up with the best organization and scheduling for everyone! Sending us a message with multiple options or a window of your availability increases the chance that we can accommodate your party.

What To Expect
In this class you will get hands-on and make delicious rochers pralinés !
Chocolate production is in the workshop downstairs, and upstairs you will be treated to a special tasting of some of Edwart's signature products.
