As you pass through security, our knowledgeable host will accompany you, addressing any questions you may have along the way. Joining our host in the designated line, our host will retrieve your tickets then you'll proceed to the elevator with our host. Rest assured, our host's role is to facilitate your tour, offer informative insights for the city views and the tower different sights, and ensure your Eiffel Tower visit is hassle-free.

The limited access up to the second floor only is decided by the Eiffel Tower authorities for security reasons and its decision cannot be bypassed. if the top floor is closed, you will be entitled to a partial refund only.
