An unparralelled class for beginners and yoga experts alike! Aereal Yoga is a fun and unique practice which strengthens muscles, stretching abilities, and fluid movement from an elevated hammock. Breathing techniques and traditional asanas and postures to connect and calm our body and mind through a playful and nurturing environment. Our coaches ensure a safe and positive class for all levels of experience, so that all guests may explore new ways to express their freedom of movement while nurturing one's self on Paros island.
