What To Expect
We bring the boards, you bring the body and together we will flow through a beautiful beginner friendly SUP Yoga class while floating on the clear, calm waters of Pensacola Beach, Florida.
Our paddle board yoga classes will start with calming stretches and breath work followed by a fun flow personally tailored to each group based on experience and vibe!
Instructors have over a decade of teaching paddle boarding and yogo so even if you've never done yoga and have never stood on a board, you will be stoked on how easy (while also challenging) it is to enjoy this class with family and friends. Great for bachelorette parties, families, friends, and every thing in between!

If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
