Overview
Experience the comforting flavors of Czech cuisine with your passionate host and cooking teachers, Aida or Bret, in a charming 400-year-old building. This evening is a combination of food and wine tasting, cooking and dining.
You will learn to make three simple traditional Czech dishes and then enjoy a wonderful warm dinner with fellow food lovers. A spread of Czech appetizers, farm cheeses, smoked meats, and local fruit brandy will keep you going throughout the workshop. This is an evening of authentic and delicious food, wine, education, and making new friendships!

What To Expect
This one-of-a-kind experience presents the perfect mix of cooking, drinking, dining, and laughing in a stunning 400-year-old Prague building. Immerse yourself into traditional Czech cuisine by learning how to make rye bread from sourdough, potato sauerkraut pancakes, and fruit dumplings with quark or kremrole. While cooking, feel free to graze the spread of Czech appetizers, farm cheeses, smoked meats, and local fruit brandy.
After you master the techniques of Czech cooking, enjoy a traditional dinner with your welcoming and energetic hosts. To accompany your meal, you can sip on Prague's local spirits such as fruit-based brandy, wine, and beer.
Aida will thoroughly explain each Czech dish, wine, the main ingredients, and the flavors of the region. By the end of the class, you will have learned valuable information about Czech cuisine and feel confident to recreate the dishes at home.
