Overview

Let yourself be won over by Puebla through a culinary experience that awakens all the senses. Accompanied by a local chef passionate about traditional cuisine, you will delve into the history, aromas and flavors that have brought international fame to this World Heritage-listed city. It will begin with a visit to a traditional market, where you will learn to recognize fresh ingredients and choose them as the people do, understanding their origin and cultural significance. In the kitchen, you will discover step by step the secrets of iconic dishes such as chalupas, tortilla soup and the iconic mole poblano or red or green pipean. During the experience you will enjoy fresh Jamaican water and a complimentary mescaline. At the end, you will take the recipes to relive at home what you have learned.
