What To Expect
We will meet together at the pool, which is outside in a beautiful paradise spot and we will start by sitting down, talking+exploring how you will most benefit from this session in the water.
Aguahara originates from ancient Oriental therapies in the water and this is a one-on-one session in which you are continuously supported+held whilst I gently move, stretch, cradle and massage you in the water. You just simply close your eyes and let yourself be taken on a wonderful healing journey. Bodies reach a state of weightlessness in water that liberates the muscles+joints, incomparable freedom of movement– bringing deep relaxation, letting go of the mind, tensions melting away, blockages and stress releasing.
The deeply relaxing effects of warm water+nurturing support, combined with the movements helps us to rebalance at different levels, not just physically but emotionally too, + potential transformation towards a state of greater harmony+fluidity.
Each session is a unique individual experience that is tailored perfectly for you and what you need today.
It ́s ok if you ́re not too comfortable in the water, don ́t worry, this can be a very beautiful way for us to work with that too:)
