Join us as we explore the 5 types of Agave spirits : Tequila Blanco, Reposado, Mezcal, Racilla and Sotol Learn the entire process from planting to bottling for each agave spirit. Our experts will teach you the differences and similarites of these spirts. You will leave buzzing with a deeper understanding of the magical, mystical Agave.
All tastings are held at El Tasting Room. THE place in Vallarta to find craft spirits, artisanal beers and quality wines all from right here in Mexico. It has a large, high-quality selection of small-batch tequila, mezcal, bacanora, racilla, solols, pulque, craft beer and wine. You’ll even find Mexican gins, vodkas and whiskeys! El Tasting Room is brought to you by the experts in food tourism, Vallarta Food & Mexology Tours, in partnership with the masters of craft cocktails at El Colibri.
