What To Expect
Our experience starts with olive oil museum visit, where you'll discover the history and culture of olive growing, find out more about ancient and modern olive oil production, and learn about health benefits of olive oil.
After exploring the museum, together, we'll taste and compare different olive oils, learn how to recognise olive oil quality and polyphenols through aroma and taste, understand labels and discover how to use and store olive oil properly.
Depending on the experience you choose, you will also taste local Istrian specialities paired with olive oil and wine, followed by a sweet dessert pairing with olive oil.
