Private transfer between Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) and the resorts and residences of Cap Cana. Cap Cana is a gated community east of the airport, accessed through its own entrance — transfers here are quoted separately from the Punta Cana and Bávaro hotel zone.
Your driver meets you at arrivals with a sign showing your name and takes you straight to your resort or villa. Up to 80 minutes of free wait time after your flight lands, personalized sign, and a baby seat at no charge.

Meeting and Pickup
Once you reserve one of our products, your reservation will be confirmed immediately, then one of our representatives will be happy to contact you one day prior to your service to give you assistance in all the details about your transportation and what to expect from it. .At the time of pickup, our drivers will be properly represented holding a sign with their full name and our company logo to ensure you can easily identify us.Arrivals at the airport: We have two meeting points to make our meeting easier and more effective, for Terminal "A" our representatives will be waiting for you at the restaurant called "JEG-LAG" which is located just a few meters from the exit of the airport. terminal. For terminal "B" the meeting point will be at the restaurant called "REFUGIO" located just a few steps from the exit.If your transportation service is Round Trip, we will contact you one day before your departure date, we will ask for your room number and we will confirm the pickup for the next day.
What To Expect
1. Booking. The moment your booking is confirmed you receive your service details: date, time, flight number, pickup point and destination.
2. Before you arrive. We contact you by WhatsApp the day before or the day of your service with your driver's name and direct phone number, and we track your flight's actual landing time.
3. Meeting us at the airport. A greeter from our team — separate from your driver — waits for you holding a sign with your full name and our company logo. Terminal A: the meeting point is the JET-LAG restaurant, a few metres from the terminal exit. Terminal B: the meeting point is the REFUGIO restaurant, a few steps from the exit. Our greeter identifies you, takes care of your luggage and walks you to your driver.
4. Wait time included. There is no charge for flight or immigration delays: we wait up to 80 minutes after your flight lands.
5. The transfer. We drive you directly to your hotel in our own vehicle. A baby seat is available at no charge.
6. Arrival. Your driver drops you at your hotel entrance and makes sure all your luggage is with you.
7. Round trip bookings. We contact you the day before your departure to confirm the pickup for the following day, ask for your room number, and confirm the pickup time in your hotel lobby.

If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
