Meeting and Pickup
We'll pick you up right at your hotel entrance in downtown Québec City, just include your hotel name when you book, and we'll take it from there. Your driver will arrive a few minutes before the scheduled time and wait right out front, ready to help load your bags. If your flight time shifts and you need to adjust pickup, just message us as soon as you can and we'll do our best to accommodate the change. No need to head anywhere or track down a meeting point — just be ready in the lobby, and we'll be waiting curbside.
What To Expect
1. Book your spot
Reserve online or send us a message with your flight details, pickup address in downtown Québec City, and preferred pickup time. We recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead, especially during peak summer months.
2. We confirm the details
You'll get a confirmation with your driver's contact info and estimated pickup time — calculated to get you to YQB comfortably ahead of check-in, with a buffer for traffic or weather.
3. Pickup at your door
Your driver arrives right at your hotel or downtown address, ready to load your bags and get you on the road. No need to lug your suitcases anywhere first.
4. The drive out
