We pick up from all hotels/guesthouses/apartments in Reykjavik, Reykjavik Domestic Airport.Please kindly state the name and address of the pick-up location if not available in the list.For the Hotels and accommodations located in Keflavik Town, the pick-up is handled from the Keflavik Airport. Shuttle Schedule: Keflavík Airport – Blue LagoonKeflavík Airport to Blue Lagoon Departures: 07:30 | 09:30 | 12:30 | 16:30Blue Lagoon to Keflavík Airport Departures: 12:00 | 14:30 | 16:00;Shuttle transfers are shared services, meaning you’ll travel with other passengers; it is not a private or small group transfer option.

What To Expect

You will be picked up from the selected location. Pick-up time may vary slightly depending on traffic. If the hotel/guesthouse does not allow pick-up at the lobby, please head to the nearest bus stop for your pick-up (the bus stop number will be indicated on the ticket).

The Reykjavik pick-ups from the hotel or nearest bus stop will be made with a minibus and transferred to the Bus Terminal to join a coach bus that will take you to the Lagoon.
You will be dropped off at Blue Lagoon. The same procedure is applied for the return to Reykjavik.

After your spa experience, you will board the bus at Blue Lagoon for your return transfer. As the return transfer is flexible, you can simply contact us if you wish for a later or earlier transfer subject to availability.

Please kindly note that pick-up from Keflavik International Airport at this moment is only available at 07:30, 09:30, 12:30, and 16:30.

Also, pick-up from Blue Lagoon to Keflavik International Airport is only available at 12:00, 14:30, and 16:00.

For the Hotels and accommodations located in Keflavik Town, the pick-up will be made from Keflavik Airport only. Transportation from your accommodation in Keflavik town to Keflavik Airport is not included.

Once your refund is processed, it usually shows on your card statement within 5–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
