SCUBA DIVE: Kallithea's Underwater Exploration
Overview
Have you always wanted to try diving? This is your opportunity for an unforgettable experience which will surely be the highlight of your holiday.Following an easy and fun theory lesson you will learn some basic scuba skills in very shallow water (you can even stand up if you want!) Your Instructor will then take you on a dive where you will experience for yourself the wonders of our amazing underwater world. Once you have completed the PADI Discover Scuba programme you will receive a certificate of completion. Minimum age 10 years. Over the past years the sea life around the island has seen some great changes for the better. There is always something to see, a wide variety of micro life ,schools of bream,damsel fish,grouper,cuttlefish,octopus,moray eels and squid etc. and with a bit of luck you can spot nudibranch,sea horses, sea hears, amber jacks,tuna,sting rays, turtles and even monk seals.

Dive into Bliss: Full-Day Scuba Excursion in Kallithea's Reef!
Embark on an exhilarating scuba diving adventure with our Try Dive program in the breathtaking KALLITHEA reef. Dive up to 6-7 meters for 25 minutes with experienced instructors, ensuring a safe and unforgettable experience. Beginners enjoy a special program, while qualified divers explore spectacular underwater sites for approximately 45 minutes.
Relax on the deck, grab a snack from the bar, swim, snorkel, or opt for an additional dive. Capture your first dive with optional photographs available for purchase. Our knowledgeable instructors share diving secrets and stories, showcasing the sea's excitement and adventures.
Experience thriving sea life, from micro creatures to schools of fish, cuttlefish, squid, and potential sightings of turtles and monk seals. Dive into warm, crystal-clear waters for a high-quality underwater journey. Embark on a day of discovery and high-quality dives.

Participants in the SCUBA DIVE: Kallithea’s Underwater Exploration cannot fly in an airplane within 24 hours of their dive.
The main concern with scuba diving and flying is decompression sickness (DCS). Your body needs adequate time during an ascent to off-gas excess nitrogen, or you can form bubbles in your bloodstream, possibly leading to DCS.
Jun 2024If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
