Explore the famous Great Ķemeri Bog Boardwalk with a conservation biologist and experienced local nature guide who brings the landscape to life through engaging stories, wildlife interpretation and local insights. Instead of simply walking through the bog, discover how these unique raised wetlands formed over thousands of years, how plants survive in extreme conditions and why this protected ecosystem is so important for Latvia’s biodiversity.

Meeting and Pickup
The total duration of the tour (4 - 5 hours) includes the transfer time from Riga and Jūrmala, which is approx. 45 minutes one way from Riga and 15 minutes from Jurmala.We will pick you up within a 30-minute window starting from the scheduled start time of the tour.The tour starting at 3:00 a.m. is the Sunrise tour. The sunrise option is only possible from April to September, and its start time will change based on the season and the actual sunrise time (from ca. 3:00 am in June to ca. 6:00 in April and September). Your tour guide will communicate the exact departure time with you beforehand in this scenario.The tour scheduled for 9:00 a.m. will always begin at this time. We will contact you before the trip and inform you about your pickup time.
