Set against the peaceful backdrop of Sulphur Bay on Lake Rotorua, it features five mineral-rich hot pools, including four alkaline and one acidic, ranging from 36°C to 41°C. Refresh in the cold plunge pool or unwind on geothermally-heated loungers. This family friendly space encourages quiet enjoyment, with families welcome to share the experience, though children must remain quiet to preserve the peaceful atmosphere. Amenities include towels, secure lockers, and complimentary NZ made toiletries. Adult supervision is required for children under 8. Optional swimsuit rentals are available for convenience.
