StayLapland offers a more private and more secluded location for both ice fishing and snowmobiling, surrounded by nature. Experience the wilderness without people and the cityscape.

- Approximately 1 hour of snowmobile driving.
- Ice fishing equipment and instructions on how to safely use them
- Snowmobiling equipment ( Helmet , balaclava, A snowmobile )
- Winter boots
- Detailed instructions on how to safely operate a snowmobile
- A Tour Guide in English (other languages available on request: Spanish, Finnish)
- Not recommended for children under the age of 3
- If you want to operate a snowmobile, Driver’s License is required. This does not apply to passengers
- You must be 18 years or older to drive a snowmobile
- Maximum self-liability of the snowmobile is 900 €. You can buy waiver for 25 €, to lower it to 250 €
- When booking a Twin drive snowmobile, book 1 ticket per person. Twin Drive = 2 person per snowmobile
- If the child is 140 cm or taller, they can be seated on the snowmobile paying the adult’s price
- If the child is shorter than 140 cm, they must be seated in the sled pulled by the snowmobile
- Children under 13 years old must be accompanied by adults paying the full price
- Please be ready and wait in your hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time
- Product may be cancelled or rescheduled if the group size is smaller than 4 persons
- Product may be cancelled or rescheduled in case of extreme weather conditions

Pick-ups begin approximately 1 hour before the activity start time. Your exact pick-up time will be confirmed one day before the activity. Please be ready outside at your confirmed pick-up location a few minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. To keep the tour schedule running on time, our transfer vehicle cannot wait for late arrivals.

What To Expect
Going ice-fishing with snowmobiles is a fun way to spend a winter day like a local. This way we can move quickly to Ice-fishing spots to maximize our chances of catching fish and instead of spending time walking to the fishing spot, we can focus on just getting there quickly and focus on the fishing. Approximately 1 hour of snowmobile driving.

Yes. Whatever the fishing calls for: live bait, frozen bait, cut bait, or chum, our Charter Captains will have plentiful supplies on hand. The same thing goes for artificial bait such as lures, flies, or plugs.
Jul 2022If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
Feb 2023- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the tour start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the tour start time will not be accepted.
