Overview
Learn to surf at Costa Azul in Los Cabos while getting to know the ocean. Along with paddling and standing on the board, you'll practice reading waves and recognizing changing conditions. Your instructor helps you build these skills through hands-on practice.

Meeting and Pickup
• Complimentary round-trip transportation is available from hotels in Cabo San Lucas, San José del Cabo, and the Tourist Corridor• If your hotel is not listed, feel free to contact us so we can check transportation availability for your area• Guests arriving with their own vehicle may meet directly at Costa Azul Beach (Zippers Parking Area), where the surfing lesson begins from the beach• Hotels outside the main tourist area, including Hard Rock, Nobu, Rancho San Lucas, Diamante, or Four Seasons Costa Palmas, are not included in complimentary transportation and will meet at Plaza Gali OXXO in Cabo San Lucas• Cruise guests will also meet at Plaza Gali OXXO, approximately 3–5 minutes walking from the marina exit. Detailed walking directions will be provided with your confirmation message• Cabo San Lucas cruise arrivals operate using tender boats, which may take additional time depending on port operations. We strongly recommend taking the earliest tender available or booking priority tender service whenever possible• Guests who miss transportation or arrive late must arrive directly at Costa Azul Beach before the activity start time at their own expense

What To Expect
Learn to surf at Costa Azul in Los Cabos, whether you're trying it for the first time or improving your technique. Begin on the beach with safety, paddling, board positioning, wave selection, and standing up on the board. After practicing on the sand, enter the water for guided instruction adapted to your experience level. Your instructor gives feedback throughout the session to help you build confidence and improve your technique.

If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
