Hi, if you enjoy cooking & eating or to learn about culinary history or to learn culinary techniques, tips, or tricks, then please try & joy my cooking classes.
During our class we will cook 4 dishes/ recipes, we can cook the sample menu I mention with this booking but I also will send you a list of many other choices and dishes (once the reservation had been made) so if you wish, you can change the sample menu and set up your own 4 course menu.
I have vegan, gluten free, vegetarian, pesqueterian and many other choices and can adjust to your dietary restrictions.
I offer 'hands on' or 'demonstration cooking classes' and you can choose what you would prefer and of course all we cook, you can eat too :)
