The local cuisine here is as diverse as its stunning landscapes, from vibrant seafood dishes of the coast to hearty mountain stews. Our chefs will guide you through traditional recipes, giving you the skills to recreate these unforgettable dishes.
Each day of the week, we offer a different cooking experience, allowing you to explore various facets of Spanish and regional cuisine without repeating recipes:
Monday – Spanish Cooking: Paella & Mediterranean: Learn to cook Spain’s iconic paella and Mediterranean dishes.
Tuesday – Traditional Fish Cooking: San Sebastián Market Tour & Fish Class: From market to table, learn the art of cooking fresh seafood.
Wednesday – Traditional Regional Cuisine: Master authentic regional dishes that capture the essence of San Sebastián’s culinary heritage.
Thursday – Pintxos, Tapas & More: Discover the secrets of San Sebastián’s famous pintxos and tapas.
Friday – Market Tour & Seasonal Cooking Class: Explore seasonal cooking with ingredients fresh from the market.

- If the client has an allergy, they have to tell in advance. In any case, they will be cooking the same menu as the other guests, but will have a different menu for lunch avoiding those ingredient

- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Vegetarian option is available, please advise at time of booking if required
