It is not simply a cooking class or a wine tasting. It is a complete gastronomic immersion into Santorini’s culinary heritage, set within a modern winery environment that beautifully reflects the island’s character.
Guests begin with a guided tasting of award-winning wines, where the winemaking philosophy and the story behind each label are thoughtfully presented. The volcanic terroir, indigenous grape varieties, and production methods are explained in a way that transforms the tasting into a refined and memorable sensory experience.
The cooking lesson is simple, interactive, educational, and above all delicious. Under the guidance of a professional chef, participants prepare and cook four traditional recipes in a hands-on course.
