Known as one of the oldest continuously operating theaters in the U.S., the Savannah Theatre boasts nearly 200 years of hauntings, from shadowy figures to unexplained sounds that still baffle visitors and staff alike. Our tours go beyond storytelling —Join Ghost Coast Paranormal as they host the Historic Savannah Theatres nightly investigations. Guests are armed with authentic ghost hunting equipment, including EMF detectors, spirit boxes, REM Pods, 8K Night Vision Cameras, and MUCH more allowing you to engage directly with the supernatural world.
